Job Description of BDM
  • Thorough understanding of the services offered by Ingenius Technologies and ability to apply product knowledge to service clients and prospects
  • Generating new business leads by cold calls, leveraging client network etc. and meeting sales targets
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
  • Designing and drafting sales literature and attending industry events
  • Keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
  • Preparing an effective sales plan using sales methodology
  • Providing technical advice and software features to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale

Senior Server Engineer

As the Server Engineer you will provide analytical, technical, and administrative support in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing server platform systems and services.

  • Having knowledge of Installation and Trouble shooting on IBM , HP, Dell, Intel, CISCO Servers all types of servers, Installation and trouble shooting of Windows.
  • Having Knowledge on all types of Blade servers, Storage Installation and Trouble shooting, Server Backup (all types)
  • Preferred working with Authorised Service Partner/ Warranty Service Provider.
  • Installation & Configuration & Troubleshooting of HW and SW of Servers and Storage Config of windows server/AD/Networking/DNS/DHCP , Creation and Maintaining of Luns and connectivity of servers and storage in DC
  • Hands on 2-4-yrs experience on windows server /AD/Networking NS /DHCP is a must. Work on active directory. Raid configuration. Mail configuration in Gmail & experience of HW installation & troubleshooting Rackmount & Blades server
  • Participates at a senior level in server & systems planning, architectural design and engineering.
  • Integrates and schematically depicts architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and networking into complete systems configurations.
  • Evaluates new products, performs server systems problem resolution and assists in the development and documentation of technical standards and interface applications.
  • Troubleshoots server platform issues, monitors server system health, performs system tuning, and makes recommendations for overall system improvement.

Pre Sales - Cyber Security Manager / Product Specialist

Pre Sales Security Manager are responsible for analyzing market data to determine the ideal customer for a given product. This is one of their most important duties, as the success of their sales pitch depends largely on the accuracy of their analysis and help their sales team qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points.

  • Deep understanding of infrastructure (data center, network & end user computing) security / cloud security / managed security services / security operations center / compliance & risk management / data security & threat management
  • Commercial / Business Finance Understanding and acumen - Knowledge of security products from leading OEMs such as Firewall, 2FA,DLP,SIEM,Backup etc.
  • Understanding of cloud security solution and Security architecture and design experience
  • Possess knowledge and product expertise on key security technologies such as SOC, DLP, Threat intelligence etc. and solutions and network technologies
  • Possess exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, data protection and monitoring security will be added advantage
  • Knowledge on Vulnerability & Threat Management - Strong industry experience, especially across Indian markets - Product OEM and Partner Relationship Management
